    Went to the YMCA for a little weight lifting and then back home to run my 3.5 mile loop. Legs feel a little tender tonight for some reason. Friday will be my rest day, and due to plans on Saturday, I may end up putting the long run off until Sunday.

    Ran 5.25 miles tonight in 47:05.  Temp a few minutes after the end is 88 degress and 66% humidity with a head index of 99.  I don’t know that it felt 99 when I was out there, but it did feel pretty dang humid.  Some pain in my shins which I’ll attribute to the heat…
