Holy cow, it was HUMID this morning. Around 85%. I did some coughing during the first 10 minutes of my seven mile run and it felt more like dry heaving than coughing. Felt like I could barely move for the whole time, and my mile splits proved it! My big body just doesn’t like running in the heat and humidity. I tried a different shoe lacing method to try to help keep my ankle from rolling around as much. I guess my legs didn’t feel as bad during the run, but my calf muscles feel a little tight now. Oh well.
