Run and Row

Ran 2.5 miles on the treadmill and then rowed for 2500m on the Concept2 rowing machine at the gym.  This was just my second time using the rower, with the first time being on Sunday.  My shirt was pretty well soaked at the end, so I guess I was doing some good.

I actually think I like it and hope I can keep finding ways to integrate it with my workouts.  Maybe 5000m rows or some sort of intervals will be good on my crosstraining days.
