I ran just 3.19 miles tonight, and my shins were KILLING me. How could I go from being so comfortable running 9 miles on Saturday to being in such pain tonight? Doesn’t make sense to me. It was only in the mid 80’s, but I had worked 11 hours today. Maybe that had something to do with it?
Friday is a rest day for me, and then Saturday I’ll be doing 10 miles. Sure hope I’m back to normal. Got an cold pack on my leg now.
